VALET PARKING

Valet service is available daily from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. If you require your vehicle outside of these hours, please notify the Front Desk in advance.

To ensure a smooth and timely departure, we recommend contacting the Front Desk by dialing 0 between 15 and 30 minutes before your departure time. Our team will prepare your vehicle and will be pleased to assist you.

CHECK-OUT

We kindly remind you that check-out time is at 11:00 a.m.

Would you like to make the most of your time in Québec City? We would be pleased to store your luggage free of charge until your return.

Payment for your stay is processed on your final night, and your invoice will be automatically sent to you by email.

When departing the hotel, simply return your room keys to the Front Desk or place them in the designated key drop box.

RESTAURANT IL MATTO

Daily from 5:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., and on Fridays from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Room service delivery is available at lunchtime starting at 12:00 p.m.
