Québec City pride festival

September 1st to 11th, 2022

The Quebec City pride festival is back this year, a realization of the alliance arc-en-ciel. A celebration with a thousand and one colors will take place over 10 days of festivities.

Mosaicultures Quebec

June 24 to October 10, 2022

The Mosaicultures will be presented for the first time in Quebec.

Visitors will be able to admire nearly 200 masterpieces, grouped together in 20 majestic works created with more than six (6) million plants!

Placed under the theme Once upon a time… the Earth, the exhibition is presented in an enchanting site, whose historical past will also be highlighted. Among the most imposing and spectacular works, there will be the Pergola of the Lieutenant-Governor of Quebec, the Mighty River, the Animals of Africa, the Farmer, Mother Earth and many others.

As the birthplace of French North America and the only walled city north of Mexico, Old Québec City is a living museum, full of history and surprises. And there is nothing like a walk with an experienced, enthusiastic guide to get a better understanding of the place, dive into the past, and pick up fascinating stories and informative tidbits. Lucky for you, there are several local companies that offer historical and themed tours.

The whole city is supremely walkable, but that is especially true in Old Québec, with its concentration of charming little streets and historical buildings. When you are on foot, it is easier to slow down and see the details, pop into a shop, and simply admire the surroundings.

August 2 to 11, 2022

Under huge tents, more than a hundred artists and artisans, often heirs of ancestral craftsmanship, work with glass, metal, textiles, paper, ceramics and many other materials, offering you professional works of art. Founded in 1980, Plein Art is the largest summer arts and crafts show in Quebec. A must-visit event!



Every Thursday from July 21st to September 1st, 2022

This summer, just steps away from Hotel 71, the Grand Feux Loto-Québec are back in force with magnificent pyro musical shows, launched from a firing platform in the middle of of the St. Lawrence River, bringing together the cities of Québec and Lévis. The quays come to life and make thousands of spectators vibrate under the stars and under the fireworks that illuminate a magnificent setting.

ComediHa! Fest-Quebec

This event offers shows and activities free of charge, with street entertainment, personalized comedic adventures and comedy for all tastes. Don’t forget multilingual or non-verbal programming. It’s family friendly!


Grand prix cycliste de Quebec

September 9, 2022

The Grand Prix Cycliste de Québec circuit will be particularly well suited to punchers and those used to steep descents. Riders will complete 16 laps, and the hill climb to the finish line in Old Québec promises to be spectacular! Expect an extremely challenging race for the world’s best cyclists.
